Together with 5 other contractors I randomly requested IS-EM for an offering for a full renovation of the bathroom, kitchen and some welding in a rather complex situation (a houseboat which comes with some challenges on drainage and levelling).

Next to the fact that they had the best priced offer, Murat also showed best insight in the added complexity and was very understanding of last minute changes.

The team who executed the renovation was extremely friendly, flexible and very efficient. The service received from Senol during the entire process was great. The delivery went smooth, without any issue and great value for money.

Highly recommended.

So I think this company is having a curse for their success. For our new home, I asked them to visit my house and make an offering for the renovation work. The aannemer visiting our new home already was proudly highlighting how they are looking after 33 houses at same time. This was 3 weeks ago and also the last time i heard from them. I called them last week to ask whether and when they will give me an offering and they said that they will come back to me soon but again they just never did. So in terms of professionality this was quite a disappointment. I can not judge their quality fo their renovation though.

Edit: After giving a one star review (above) the owner has called me and apologised personally. Even though it doesnt change what happened above, at least the owner has the decency to correct things
