Echt heel er leuk.

Al jaren mijn vaste installateur. Geen enkele klacht tot nu toe.

Komen snel, prima service

Wat een waardeloos bedrijf. Allereerst is de receptionste vreselijk onaardig en onbehulpzaam. Vervolgens duurt het echt een paar dagen voordat ik een offerte binnen krijg. Het is toch niet zo moeilijk om een offerte per mail te krijgen. Andere bedrijven doen het binnen 3 minuten.

Bad business people! They didn't finish the job. I had to hire a last minute another company. It was November and I had no heating with a 2 years old in the house. Terrible!
They even charged for an outlet plug that I purchased myself (because they din't bring one). Overcharged me for working hours. Brought the wrong equipment. You know all of this can happen. We are human and can make mistakes! But the worse is that two months later, they still didn't change the invoice and send me a reminder to pay the first invoice. They don't reply to my emails, where I explain why to change the invoice to the correct amount. Then everytime I call, I have to explain over and over again why to change the amount in the invoice. On the phone they say, they will deal with it but they never do and keep sending the same invoice.
I am pretty sure, they will send me another invoice reminder and probably with a fee of delay payment.
It is very unprofessional, very unhuman, very unhelpful! They are not interested in helping. But they do like overcharging.
I would pay with pleasure and very fast for the work they did. Please remove the stopcontact from the invoice. Please charge the right amount of hours. Please bring me back my equipment you took.
Please change the amount in the invoice to the correct one.

Cheat on the price of services. Final bill is 3 times more then it was agreed. Travel costs 55 EUR were added, and these costs were never mentioned before

2e jaar achterelkaar top geholpen,  op tijd gekomen tegen normale prijs. helemaal goed.

Naar aanleiding van een inspectie van de situatie ter plaatse, verschillende keren om een offerte gevraagd. We zijn nu twee maanden verder en hebben nog steeds niks.

Expensive, unreasonable, and arrogant. Would not recommend!

BIt surprised that they could not finish the job. Then I have to get it done through another company. They sent me the bill and notice as well via collection agency. I will advice not to go to them

Deliver on time, engineers know their stuff, helpful office - in 5 years never had an issue.

Wij worden gewijgerd zonder opgaaf van reden. Niet aan te raden deze malefide organisatie!

I'm very staisfied with this company. They arrange the heating and plumbing in an appartment that I rent out. They are always ready to fix problems on short notice and keep in mind the relation with the tennant.

Deze firma heeft bij mij aanzienlijke schade veroorzaakt en heeft daarna op geen enkele manier gereageerd.
Heel erg onbetrouwbaar en schandalig!

Very slow to respond to emails.
Very poor administration department, they keep sending invoice reminders long after you inform them that their invoice was for a mistake, eg. for CV repairs done under warranty.
The actual workers are OK but expensive.
