Called them about a mouse problem. They charged us €160 (!) for a single visit - showed up, put poison traps in a handful of locations and took off. When we contacted them to inform them the mouse problem persisted, they told us it'll be another €160 for them to come back (previous pest control company we had worked with did follow up visit for free if one was required). No sign of the "Performance" and "Aftercare" they talk about on their website. Will not call again. Do not recommend.
