They came a couple of times to fix things in the building that I live. I asked them to look at a problem I had in the kitchen... it took them 5 minutes and they didnt want to charge me money for that. They were really friendly.

Very poor customer service. It is your job to be nice to customers yet both the worker aswell as the lady speaking with me at the phone were highly unprofessional in their behaviour and their tone. Given that I am a student studying in mastricht there is a language barrier which caused a misconception on the adress, but instead of making a new appointment or apologizing they said they did not know how to help me and were rude to me. Very unprofessional and not what I expected at all. Would definitely look for a different installation service.

Zeer onprofessioneel en ook onvriendelijk via e-mail. Mij zien ze niet meer terug als klant. Geen aanrader!

Een werknemer - mevrouw Chantalle is heel vervelend tegen klanten: schreeuwen, niet laten uitpraten, gemeen zijn en niet eerlijk,  te lui om en offerte op te maken in een woord absoluut niet klantvriendelijk ! 
De eigenaar en zijn echtgenoot zijn aardiger maar door drukte in de zaak laten ze klanten in de kou zonder reactie. ( eigenlijk geen sterretje )
