Very poor quality in general:
- Drawings are incomplete and not clear, dimensions are missing
- They cannot read their own drawing (electric switched were made in the shower, my cooking island was placed in the ceiling, kitchen equipment interfaces were not according to the drawing, up to 25 cm deviation) although I paid lots of money for these modifications
- There are gaps between the walls and ceiling, through which more air passes then through a ventilation hatch
- Walls are not placed straight, some walls are so curvy, that skirting boards will not stick to the wall
- Finishing of some walls is very poor, wallpaper will not cover it
- Window frames are leaking during rain
- Bathroom interfaces were so far off drawing, the furniture didn't fit, up to 30cm deviation.

Many from the above points were never fixed, my fellow flatmates (16 other apartments) have similar complaints. In overall... I am really disappointed and I feel scammed by the high prices they charge for simple modifications, which they cannot even deliver properly.

I would really recommend to NOT do any business with these people and if you do...you need to check everything, also during construction, the chances of finding a non conformity is 100%. You are warned.
