To what I thought initially as a wonderful experience, turns out to be a nightmare now.
As a good gesture, first I agreed to agency's demand of paying everything in cash so that they don't have to pay any VAT. The agency comes as planned on the date discussed and cleans everything well to my delight. A day later, I found out that while cleaning, they broke my shower stand(picture attached) without even saying a word about it and left silently. So i reported this incident via email but I got no reply at all. Then they even stopped receiving my calls. When i called with a different number, they answered the call and started giving one date after another to fix the thing but till date, no one even has bothered to visit or atleast give me an update.

It's highly unprofessional of this agency to treat customers like this. Hope they learn something in future.

Direct Cleaning Service verzorgt bij ons de schoonmaak in de bakkerijen. Een betrouwbare partner die erg gericht is op service en het beste wil leveren. Zeer aanbevolen.
