The contractor arrived late. He started to complain about the work and his boss, that he didn't have enough information or the tools to do the work. He said he didn't want to do the work. I felt awkward. After that he left. I made the appointment 2 months prior.  I am here with a damaged wall. It was really disrespectful.

Omdat de aanwezige medewerkers nog niet eens de moeite namen om goedemorgen te zeggen vind ik het maar redelijk.

Wij hebben klacht doorgegeven en volgens afspraak hebben ze de reparatie keurig en goed uitgevoerd.
Wij zijn dik tevreden.
