Mijn verstopte douche snel en goed gerepareerd.

2x te laat. Geen oplossing, wel geld kwijt.

Situatie duidelijk uitgelegd: er lekt een onderdeel in de CV-ketel. Afspraak gemaakt op dinsdag tussen 13-17, monteur kwam echter niet opdagen (wel gebeld om 16.45 of het morgen ook kon). Op woensdag een afspraak tussen 12-13 gemaakt, maar komt wederom te laat: 16.15.

Aan de telefoon geen woord gerept over voorrijkosten. Uiteindelijk 92,50 kwijt voor iemand die na 10 minuten zei dat hij het niet kon repararen omdat het geen leiding betrof. Ondanks dat ik eerder had uitgelegd dat het om een onderdeel in de CV-ketel ging.

Misschien ok als je kraan lekt, maar ik zou ze aan niemand aanbevelen.

Fixed our clogged toilet.

We had a leakage in the bar. The plumber was there within 30 minutes and fixed the problem quick and good.

Awful experience - would strongly encourage anyone considering this service to look elsewhere. Pricing is very unclear. I was quoted €72 call out fee on the phone and an estimate of €150 all up to fix a clogged sink (verbatim "most of the costs come in at around €150 unless something is very wrong").

When the plumber arrived he said the cost would indeed be €150 if the sink was easy to unclog or €370 if difficult and requiring "hours of work".

He wrote down a quote for the upper limit (which I had not signed) and then proceeded to take 5 minutes to successfully unclog the sink and charged me €370 for the process. When I asked him how this could possibly constitute a complicated process he said he had to unscrew a pipe.

I would therefore suggest, unless you have something physically sticking out of your sinkhole that you cannot dislodge, GO ELSEWHERE. Anything more than that level of difficulty will cost you dearly.

Too expensive. 72 eur on the phone, 400 when came to house, without getting any approval for the price and cut the bill. If you are looking for a decent service, never ever call this company, look for another.

We had a serious leak from the toilet and Graham who attended quickly identified the location of the leak at the back of the cistern. He also was able to assess all the other joints and valves. Some of those also need replacing. He was able to complete the repair on the same day, leaving the place looking like new. Really great service and professional right from the start. We had a leakage in the living room and couldn't figure out where it came from. The plumber was there within 20 minutes and found the problem straight away and fixed it. Good service, good pricing and nice guy.

Mijn ervaringen zijn tot nog toe slecht. Het is of een ongelukkige samenloop van omstandigheden, of we zijn belazerd.
We hadden afspraken gemaakt over de prijs van onderhoud cv ketel en evt. meerkosten. Als er meer kosten zouden zijn, zou ik gebeld worden. Dat is niet gebeurd.
Waarvoor ik gebeld heb is niet gemaakt. In rekening is het bijvullen van de ketel gebracht, maar dit is niet goed gegaan. En daarbovenop heb ik nu waterschade die is ontstaan direct nadat de loodgieter is geweest. En dit alles voor maarliefst EUR 217. Ik hoop dat het opgelost word en ik houd jullie op de hoogte.

Ronduit slechte ervaring. Het uiteindelijke bedrag 2 keer hoger dan vooraf aangegeven. En wat gedaan is, is niet goed gedaan. En verder vaag verhaal dat een onderdeel vervangen moet worden, maar dat ik dat beter bij andere loodgieter kan doen, want dat zal goedkoper zijn. En dan ruim 200 euro in rekening brengen. Het voelt alsof we zijn opgelicht.

I called to inquire about the cost to unclog our kitchen sink. On the phone I was quoted 72 euro for a plummer to come out and assess the problem and provide a fee quote for unclogging our sink. The service to unclog on the phone was estimated to cost 110-130 euro. Should we agree to the service, the 72 euro call out fee would be excluded from the final price. The time slot mentioned was from 13:16. I got a call after 16:00 asking to come check the sink. The plumber quoted me 110 euro for the service fee if I said yes to the services (72 euro If I said no- not sure how that’s logical) and the cost to unclog the sink was 180 euro (excluding VAT) so I planned on spending 130 initially and was quoted over 300 (180 + 110 + VAT). Needless to say I paid 78 for the Plummer to leave and for a nice argument about the costs.

I was told not having a toilet is not an emergency. That it was my fault that I made it worse when trying to stop the leakage and that I should arrange it with the neighbors to use their toilet as he would not do anything for me. Very rude, hung up the phone while shouting at me.

A couple weeks ago we had a problem with a block in our pipes. That problem broke the washing machine and caused a leakage in our living room.
We called them in the afternoon and, after less than a hour, one plumber came to solve the problem.
He tried and tried again, for more than 4 hours, and didn't left us until solve that mess and help us to clean everything.
Great service! If needed we'll call them again.

Zeer snel en goed geholpen, uiteindelijk veel de prijs mee. We dachten eerst dat er een nieuwe cv ketel geplaatst moest worden. Onderhoud gedaan en hij deed het weer optimaal

Sinds vorige week hier aan het werk en bevalt erg goed. Erg leuke collega's en werk is variërend

A plumber came over to investigate the source of our clogged sink. He told us he needed a better access to be able to fix it, which we should provide next time when they come. We had to pay 72.50 euro for this. He told us it would be subtracted from the total repair cost. Fine. The problem was that from that moment we were able neither to reach him nor the office. All numbers on the website were redirecting us to the message box. No replies to our mails. No contact whatsoever. We lost money and time.

Super snel geholpen met het ontstoppen van mijn toilet.

Terribly expensive and unfair. 206 EUR to fill the CV and press some buttons, which took 17 minutes (including the time it took for me to complain to the technician). It would have been 30 EUR more if I haven't complained about them being 3 hours late from the time we've agreed by phone.
If you have a fixed price of 130 EUR for callouts, like I was told during the visit, then you should have told me when I deliberately asked by phone.
I hope management reads it, since the pricing is not defined by the technician, who was only late.

I rang and booked an appointment for a leak from my ceiling. Sent a video to them as requested of water coming through a light in my ceiling. They turned up on the day with no leak equipment after my neighbour and I stayed in. The plumber who came was sorry and said he was given misinformation. When I rang up to ask if they can come back with the equipment, he said the video shows a tap and I said if he confuses a leak from a ceiling with a tap that's a bit worrying as he's a plumber. He told me to go f**k myself and to call a plumber. Would obviously not recommend.

We had a very important leak in our boiler... of course... in the middle of the night... best of all, the only way to stop the water was to cut for the whole building...

Si I called amsterdam.plumber... after sending some photos he came at my appartment in the hour.

He replaced the broken part and stopped the leak in no time.

The service is really good and worst the price (definitively). The guy was very kind and professional!

Hele fijn platform waar kosten direct inzichtelijk zijn voor het vinden van een vakman. Je weet zo in ieder geval dat je een fatsoenlijke prijs betaald voor wat je nodig hebt. Kan het iedereen aanraden !
