I ordered a house for my rabbits and the quality of the product was very poor. My husband is a carpenter, and he confirms the lack of good work on the house (K2). Even I could have made this better, and I am not a carpenter. It is absolutely NOT worth the money you have to pay for this product. The door of the house broke on the first try to open....and there are big nails sticking out into the area where the rabbits are jumping and spending time. They will easily get hurt. There are cracks in the wood and it doesn't fit well...... I have to do a lot of adjustments before my rabbits can play and live in this house..... I tried to get a reduction of the price due to the lack of and poor quality, but the answear from the dealer was that this is the quality of the houses they have on display. Now they have stopped answering my e-mails. This is so unprofessional and lack of service..... Please, do not buy any products here. You will get a palass for the price of this if you make it your self or have somebody else build it.....and it will for sure be a house of much better quality.
