We called for an emergency, and two workers arrived and tried to unclog our pipes. They charged us a huge amount more than we were ever charged for this type of service - 430 EUR. They charged us twice for coming once when our electricity was not working ( due to the government stopping it not our fault). After this the pipes were still clogged and we callled again to ask for them to come again and help us. This should have been under warranty but they said no, that we will need to pay. This is where we stopped and called another company. Total scammers.
