When I just moved into my new house, I had to disconnect the heating for renovations. In the process of getting it started I suffered a little bit of a setback mostly because I was unfamiliar with the system. There was already a maintenance contract with TOM. When I called Vincent talked me through it with incredible patience, sent me the details of a new thermostat that would make my life easier and entertained 4 more calls for help.  This saved me quite a bit of stress and costs of having a technician coming over and help me out. They went out of my way to assist me by phone which I thought is just incredibly nice.

Hmmm, 40 euro voorrijd-kosten terwijl ik letterlijk 2 minuten rijden en 1 kilometer afstand zit. Valt niet echt uit te leggen. Vind het prima om een tarief te betalen voor de klus-tijd maar dit gaat me even te ver. Tijd voor een alternatief bedrijf.
