Worst service I have ever had in my life. I contacted to them for boiler maintenance and small fix. On the phone, gentleman told me their price for boiler maintenance is fixed, 93eur all in for 2 hours.
After I got a visit from them. Worker wasn't very professional and didn't know how to fix the issue. He spent ~1hr on the phone to talk some ppl and left afterwards.
He visited 2nd time another week, cleaned the boiler + fixed the small issue. He reported total 3 hours of work (even though it was ~2.5 including 1 hr on the phone)
For this job, I got a bill of 438eur!
261eur for 3hr work. When I asked them, they didn't reply my mails first. I called them many times, no answer. I got an answer after 1 month, they told that their service costs 87.18eur inc, they never heard the other price ever.
So I feel like i got scammed. They never inform you about exact price, even though I asked multiple times. On the phone 1 price, worker is telling another and at the end you get a huge bill for a small fix.
