Michel Wijers is over de afgelopen paar jaar meerdere keren langs geweest om mijn ketel te repareren (inmiddels is het ook tijd om deze een keer te vervangen). Mijn ervaring is zeer goed! Hij is snel bereikbaar, vriendelijk en heeft het probleem altijd gauw gevonden.

I accidentally called them, since they had an old sticker on the boiler, they helped me over the phone anyway.

On 24/02/2018 we called WIjers Klimaat Service because our heating machine (CV ketel) did not worked. He came and suggested us to replace a new one. We agreed and paid 1600 Euro. In the invoice, it mentioned clearly that we will receive "2 jaar garaantie onderdelen" (2 year warranty for parts) and" 10 jaar garaantie warmtewisselaar" (2 year warranty for the heating) and we can call them without any fee in that 2 year if we have any problem with the machine. However, today 31/05/2019, he came, although we did not call or request it. After looking at the CV ketel( it is completely in good condition),he charged us 89 Euro for the maintenance fee. We don't need that maintenance because the machine is just one year old and moreover we are still in the time of warranty. We questioned him why we had to pay that fee but he could not give us the satisfied answer. We are very disappointed by the way the company works.
